Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates and Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We ship within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, contact us at info@whiskeykindling.com.
Subscription Shipments
Curator's Reserve subscription orders ship monthly following your billing date. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard: 3–7 business days
- Expedited: 2–3 business days (where available)
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately at info@whiskeykindling.com with your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Whiskey Kindling LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
