Overview
Whiskey Kindling offers recurring subscription plans for our Curator's Reserve wood finishing sticks. By subscribing, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Available Plans
- 3-Pack Monthly — 3 wood finishing sticks delivered monthly at $13.50/month
- 5-Pack Monthly — 5 wood finishing sticks delivered monthly at $22.00/month
Billing
Your subscription is billed on a recurring monthly basis on the same date you originally subscribed. Payments are processed automatically to the payment method on file.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle. If a billing date has already processed, your cancellation will take effect on the following cycle — you will still receive and are responsible for the shipment already triggered.
Pausing
You may pause your subscription at any time through your account settings, halting your next delivery. You can resume your subscription at any time from the same settings page.
Skipping
You may skip an individual shipment through your account settings before your billing date processes for that cycle.
Modifications
To change your plan (3-Pack to 5-Pack or vice versa), cancel your current subscription and re-subscribe with the desired plan.
Refunds
Subscription charges are non-refundable once a shipment has been processed and shipped. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details on returns and damaged items.
Shipping
Subscriptions ship monthly. Delivery times vary by location. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.
